Also, everyone griping about the price of Lastpass versus another, like 1Password is totally missing the author's point.
It's about getting users addicted to a fee-free product, using the classic freemium model to "pay for more features," but then pulling the rug out from under the free users and forcing them to pay.
They've effectively converted "freemium" to "trial" and that is not the same thing.
I'm not so stuck on support...it seems reasonable that paying users are entitled, whereas free users are not.
