Yeah, I will be honest. Watching 10 hours of video where people are being attacked, beaten, and even killed (I updated the piece today) from multiple angles took its toll. I needed to take a break today. You may be seeing some puff pieces from me in the near future.

And you’re right. Half of the videos aim to show “the peaceful nature of the protesters.” When in reality, if you watch it without a confirmation bias, you see the horrors brought on by the rioters to police. That “mostly peaceful” first one? Yeah, it was the one that shows officer Fanone being overrun by the mob.

The other video that has since gone offline was described by the poster as showing “peaceful demonstrators who rushed forward because they thought the police were attacking civilians.” Give me a break.

The video they captured tells an entirely different story.
